STRATA RETURN POLICY
If you have received the product and are unsatisfied with the item, we will accept a return within 14 days of receiving. The items must be unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. STRATA will provide customers with a shipping label free of charge. Once we receive the item, it is processed for inspection. When inspection is passed, expect a refund within 5-7 business days from the original method of payment. STRATA does not accept used or damaged products of any kind.
RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
TO RETURN A PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
CONTACT SUPPORT@STRATACLOTHING.COM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND REASON FOR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, STRATA WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL.
ENSURE THAT RETURN INCLUDES MERCHANDISE IN ORIGINAL, UNWASHED, UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS OR IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ANY OTHER PACKAGING THAT IS PROPERLY SEALED AND PROTECTS THE PRODUCT FROM BECOMING DAMAGED OR LOST.
SECURE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL ONTO THE PACKAGING AND DROP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OFF AT ANY USPS SHIPPING LOCATION.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If item is returned damaged it will be held and not refunded. It is the customers duty and responsibility to package the return in sustainable packaging to ensure that the return will not be damaged in transit.
STRATA does not accept used or damaged products of any kind. Any products that are shipped back that are used or damaged will not receive a refund. If the product arrives back damaged we must uphold our policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
STRATA has partnered with Route to ensure your packages are delivered safe and securely. Route will send you real time tracking updates on your package, so you always know where it's located. Route ensures your package for a small fee and in the event of your package being lost or damaged. After filing a claim, they will cover the cost of any replacements that need to be purchased and re-shipped.
Please be advised if you opt out of Route, STRATA is not liable to replace any lost or damaged packages.
